Dan Wallis, currently heading up the US division of De Villiers Walton (DVW), as Director of US Services, brings considerable strength and experience to the Management Team. Having been instrumental in the architecting and product development of bolt-on application products for SAP CRM technology, as well as in providing formal (SAP certified) and informal coaching on SAP CRM technology, it seemed a natural fit for Dan to join the DVW establishment. Dan specializes in pragmatic technology implementation in conjunction with business process design, requiring close collaboration with client’s Sales, Marketing and Customer Services teams to help drive tangible improvements in customer relations. Certified in SAP and Siebel technology and with over 15 years experience in the industry, Dan has acquired a blend of senior management and hands-on application deployment and software development experience within SAP CRM, SAP NetWeaver, SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics and Siebel technologies. His academic foundation, a BSC Honors in Engineering and Management from The University of Durham, U.K., has led Dan to key consulting projects, spanning more than 26 discrete SAP project assignments across Europe and North American but he remains focused on the hands-on implementation of the latest release versions of SAP CRM technology for clients, and this builds on substantial deployment experience with most major releases of SAP technology as far back as SAP R/2. His work can still be identified at companies such as Nestle, Philip Morris, Cadbury Schweppes, Guinness, Mentor Graphics, as well as within some of the larger consulting firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Consulting, Atos Origin Inc., Cap Gemini and IT vendor firms such as SAP and IBM. The combination of industry and academic experience is supporting Dan in his drive to build the DVW customer base through North America where he has already delivered a number of successful projects based on the DVW methodology, simplicity, clarity and transparency. |
