SAP consulting specialist De Villiers Walton presents an incisive strategy for enhancing customer relationship management capabilities Following the success of its Independent Programme Review for business intelligence (BI), specialist SAP consultancy, De Villiers Walton Ltd, has this month announced the launch of a new service that has been specifically designed to act as a ‘health check’ for SAP customer relationship management (CRM) projects. The Independent Programme Review for SAP CRM presents a low-risk solution for enhancing SAP CRM that ensures planned or existing projects are on-track to deliver their strategic aims and address specific business needs. An initial assessment identifies priority issues and services from the Independent Programme Review which can be employed to improve the organisation’s overall CRM performance. A CRM Solutions Roadmap document is then compiled that lists out the crucial actions, in order of priority, that the company needs to take to tackle the problems identified. “As this is an independent review, we can advise on the maturity and robustness of the functionality being implemented and indicate where business requirements could be better met by other SAP solutions,” says Darron Walton, co-founder and managing director of De Villiers Walton.
