As an SAP certified consultant, I have extensive experience of all aspects of the customer engagement and project life-cycle from marketing and demand generation to sales / pre-sales, proposal and business case development, requirements analysis, feasibility study, blueprint / design, build and implementation through to go-live, post-implementation support and subsequent upgrades and enhancements.
I have a strong track record of successful project delivery and I am frequently engaged by SAP customers to help turnaround projects in difficulty.
My consulting interests focus on sales, service and marketing and I have particular interest in SAP's Customer Engagement & Commerce solution suite including SAP CRM, SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, SAP Hybris Marketing and SAP TPM.
