Project Objectives
  • Implement a Portal-based Sales Force Dashboard for the UK's leading food-service supplier
  • Integrate with SAP BW and other non-SAP back-end systems to provide the most up-to-date performance reporting information possible
  • Provide top down benchmark information between regional teams
  • Deploy an intuitive and user friendly user interface 
  • Allow users to drill down to the underlying data from the dashboard to address business performance issues
