I am the Director of Programme Management and Delivery at De Villiers Walton (DVW).

In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all client facing and internal projects. I also oversee the company’s PMO function with a range of responsibilities that include resource planning and management, utilization optimization, project governance and implementation methodologies.

I have been working within the SAP and eBusiness industry for over 17 years and have held various consulting and end-user roles including Global Applications Development & Support Manager for a global blue-chip company.

My recent responsibilities and achievements have focused on ensuring successful delivery of SAP programmes for companies including SAP, Dyson, and Heineken. I’ve managed resources in four different countries including an offshore development centre in India with 70 resources.

My consulting interests focus on SAP CRM, Portal, Mobile, Custom Development, SAP’s E-Commerce solutions including Hybris, Internet Sales (ISA) and Web Channel Experience Management (WCEM) and SAP’s Cloud Solutions including SAP Business By Design and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.
