Brakes isupply! portal is an online tool that helps suppliers to the Brakes Group improve their cash flow, plan more effectively and be more responsive and efficient.

Following the success of our Sales Force Dashboard implementation, Brakes engaged De Villiers Walton to build the portal.

The isupply! portal let’s registered suppliers:

• Track and confirm their purchase orders and see when they are goods receipted
• Simplify sales activity and access all of their transactions in one place
• Deal quickly with any invoice queries
• See a thirteen-week sales analysis of products
• Get valuable information for forecasting and strategic business planning
• Plan production with up to date stock level reports
• See consignment movements as they happen and self-bill directly from isupply!

Project Objectives

• To design, build and implement the isupply supply chain portal application
• Integrate data from SAP BW and other non-SAP systems to provide the most up-to-date information possible to more than 700 key vendors and supply planners
• Allow vendors to view and acknowledge purchase orders and access performance reports, sales orders, inventory and goods receipts data
• Deploy an intuitive and user friendly user interface
